In 2002, Robert Ross started Rosscapes Inc. We began our journey as a landscape contractor and built a significant cliental within a few years. In order to keep up with our customer’s needs, we purchased a skid steer and mini excavator and began doing small excavation projects, lawn installations, retaining walls and private utility lines. In 2009, we were asked to do a stream restoration project for a coal company. After completing that project, we were excited and intrigued by the nature of this specialized work. We continued to do stream work for the coal company for several years, and our love for the outdoors was built. Since then, we have only focused on streams and wetlands. We have served many customers to date and have built over 300,000 feet of stream in the Appalachian Region. Rosscapes Inc. uses machine-controlled equipment in order to maintain extremely low design tolerances. We use up-to-date equipment and technology to finish our projects on budget and on time. Our success is understanding our clients need for quality results. We have a diverse and broad-based client list including private companies, mitigation bankers, the coal and gas industry, government and state DOT.
We continue to grow every year with the help of our most valued asset, our employees, and look forward to becoming leaders in our field.
